Help build the decision engine
for marketing spend
Connect Growth OS is being built to help marketing leaders move beyond reporting and understand what is actually driving revenue, where spend is being wasted and where the next pound should be invested.
The production models need to be developed and validated against real-world marketing behaviour. That means working with selected partners and their actual marketing spend, performance and revenue data, rather than building the system around theoretical assumptions.
Most businesses run campaigns.
The best run growth systems.
Reliable cross-channel comparison data is the number one limitation on optimising spend allocation.
This is the gap Growth OS is built to close: one comparable view of spend, channel and revenue.

Model true marketing contribution
Shapley attribution, Markov path analysis and complementary statistical methods.
Find where the next pound works hardest
Measure marginal ROAS, diminishing returns and channel saturation to identify where additional spend can create the greatest return.
Connect online and offline to revenue
Link digital and offline activity to pipeline, sales and revenue outcomes where the available data supports it.
Ask the evidence in plain English
Use AI to interrogate the modelling outputs, explain the evidence and turn complex analysis into actionable decisions.
Plan, allocate and optimise
Support budget allocation, scenario planning and future optimisation as the production platform develops.
What founding design partners receive
Early access
Priority access to the platform and new modelling, AI and optimisation capabilities as they are released.
Direct influence
Input into dashboards, workflows, integrations, modelling outputs and the product roadmap.
Founding terms
Preferential commercial terms for participating partners, agreed before wider commercial launch.
Priority support
Direct access to the founding and technical team during onboarding, model development and feedback cycles.
The commitment is deliberately light. The objective is not to create a large consulting project. It is to learn from genuine marketing activity, validate the models and make sure the product solves real decisions for real marketing teams.
The data we would work with
The exact data set will depend on the partner's systems and use cases. We would normally look to work with an agreed historical period of marketing and commercial data, potentially including:
- Marketing spend by channel, campaign and time period, including paid digital and relevant offline media.
- Impressions, clicks, leads, conversions and other channel performance metrics where available.
- CRM or sales outcomes such as opportunities, bookings, purchases, pipeline and revenue.
- Customer journey or touchpoint data where available and appropriate.
- Contextual factors that may materially affect performance, such as promotions, seasonality or major campaign changes.
To develop, calibrate and validate the Connect Growth OS measurement and optimisation models, test whether outputs reflect observed commercial outcomes and improve the reliability and usefulness of recommendations.
Your data stays your data
Ownership
Partner data remains the partner's data. Participation does not transfer ownership of underlying marketing, customer or commercial data to Connect Growth OS.
Proportionate access
Access is limited to the data agreed for the programme and should be proportionate to the modelling use case.
Anonymised learning
Any cross-partner learning used to improve the product should be anonymised and/or aggregated so that another partner cannot identify the source organisation or its confidential performance data.
Minimised personal data
Personal data should be minimised wherever possible. Appropriate confidentiality, security and data-processing terms can be documented before data is transferred or connected.
Approval first
Any use of a partner's name, logo, results or case study material would require separate approval.
Four steps, light touch
A structured but proportionate process designed around your team's time, your data and the decisions that matter most to you.
Discovery
Understand the marketing stack, measurement challenges, available data and priority decisions.
Data setup
Agree the minimum useful data set, historical period and secure transfer or integration method.
Model validation
Run agreed analysis, compare outputs with known business outcomes and identify where the models need refinement.
Feedback cycle
Reviews to assess usefulness, prioritise improvements and shape the roadmap.
Start with a short discovery session
If there is a mutual fit, the next step is a short discovery session. We will then confirm the proposed use case, required data, expected participation and any commercial or data-processing terms before onboarding begins.
- Places are limited to a small group of founding partners
- No large consulting project, just genuine marketing activity
- Terms and data processing agreed before any data moves
